A cake for music lovers. Sugar cats decorate the piano stool and first and second tier pianos. The music stands have double hearts, double rings and a horseshoe decoration, but initials or a few bars of music could be used instead.
Silk flowers in colours of your choice decorate between each tier and under the top tier piano lid. Sugar bells and silk bows decorate the sides of each piano.
